I didn’t start Starline BC because I love spreadsheets or dashboards.

I started it after spending more than 20 years inside small companies—designing, managing projects, implementing systems, and helping teams navigate change. Over time, I saw the same thing again and again: capable, hardworking owners carrying too much, making heavy decisions without clear signal, and trying to grow without the support systems they deserved.

Most small businesses don’t fail because of bad ideas. They struggle because growth exposes cracks—misaligned processes, unclear numbers, and decisions that feel heavier than they should.

I care deeply about stepping into that moment with you.

I work best elbow-to-elbow in the real world of your business, listening closely, observing carefully, and using the data you already have to surface what’s actually going on. Not to overwhelm you with more tools or theory—but to create clarity, direction, and confidence about what to do next.

My role isn’t to have all the answers. It’s to help you ask better questions, see your business more clearly, and move forward with intention. And when I don’t know the answer, I’ll help find someone who does.
